A comprehensive redesign and migration of an outdated e-commerce site from OpenCart to a cutting-edge Next.js and Medusa.js platform. The revamped site provides the client full control over inventory and fulfillment through an intuitive Medusa.js admin interface. This project encompassed everything from initial design to development, including customised email templates and robust hosting solutions. Additionally, the transition to Stripe as the payment provider significantly reduced transaction fees, enhancing financial efficiency for the client.
